POSITION: Manager IT Operations
HOURS: FULL TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Continual assessment, development, and delivery of IT operational strategy, roadmaps, security,
architecture, systems, and programs, while overseeing the day-to-day IT operational performance of
the end-to-end platforms of infrastructure, applications, and end-user support.
– Build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business
needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and respond with agility to
changing business priorities.
– Design and facilitate the migration of core business systems, focusing on cloud-based solutions.
Ensure security and survivability of critical business systems. When viable, optimize organizational
efficiency through the consolidation of competing systems.
– Assess and oversee enhancements of business-facing software applications. Align the project
portfolio with business objectives.
– Champion project management Methodologies along with Change Management with Waterfall and
Agile.
– Collaborate with team to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation, and presentations. Define project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables to support
business goals. Work to implement and maintain continuous improvement within the organization,
including standards and best practices.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Related; will accept foreign bachelor equivalent to US bachelor. 5 years’ experience as Software Engineer or Business Systems Analyst; with supervisory duties.
