Job Title: Sr. Scrum Master

Job duties & responsibilities
·       Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.

·       Document requirements as user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

·       Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements for development teams.

·       Support integration and implementation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

·       Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet business and quality expectations.

·       Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating stakeholder involvement, and validating solutions against requirements.

·       Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.

·       Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that may impact the team’s performance and delivery.

·       Ensure the team remains focused, motivated, and aligned toward achieving sprint and project goals.

·       Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for execution.

·       Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

This is a professional position in a specialty occupation as defined under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(ii).

The minimum educational requirement for the role is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or the foreign equivalent of such a degree.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
