POSITION: Business Analyst/ Management Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
*Prepare reports on project specifications, activities, or status.
*Co-ordinate with the off-shore and off-site/near-onshore team members during daily standups
and various touch-point meetings.
*Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan enhancement of new system or
enhancement of an existing system.
*Effectively communicate among the team members about the daily scrum meetings for
effective transition (waterfall to Agile methodology)
*Facilitate and own the process of all the agile ceremonies such as stand-up, Review,
Retrospective, planning, and Grooming sessions which will be implemented in the Program
Increment Planning.
*Work with project managers, architects, business analysts, and developers to drive
deliverables, per scope and quality, following an agile cadence.
*Collaborate with the business users in gathering requirements using requirements workshop
observation and interviews.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Business
Administration, Information Systems, Technology Management, Economics, Accounting, Business
Analytics, or Related. Scrum Master Certification required.
